Care and use
  • Wash, rinse and dry the product before using it for the first time.
  • To protect the blade edge, do not use it to chop on frozen meat and avoid cutting on hard surface such as stone, glass or metal.
  • Do not put into dishwasher.
  • Hand-wash with mild detergent and soft side sponge; rinse and dry immediately with kitchen towel after washed.
  • Avoid from using liquid or powder detergent containing bleach or highly acidic substance.
  • If not used for long period need to apply layer of cooking oil and wrapped to store.
  • Store the knife in a safe place such as knife stand or block to protect its edge and prevent injury.
  • Recommended sharpen this product with sharpening stone.
Warning
  • The blade edge is extremely sharp, keep this product out of reach of children.
  • Wash and dry carefully, keeping sharp edge away from your hands.
  • Watch out for the sharp cutter edge and eliminate direct hand touch.
  • Don’t attempt to catch a knife when it is falling, better it hits the floor than cut your hand.
